Join Bach Business Partners and your fellow Landscape Design Professionals Oct. 24-25 for Mastering the Landscape Design Process. We’ll focus on bettering business skills and elevating the day-to-day performance of those in this important role.  The first training of its kind, Mastering will focus on the three phases of the design process, bringing like-minded designers together to share best practices, improve skills and establish a professional peer network.

As an added bonus, Landscape Designers will also be included in a special workshop led by New York Times bestselling author Steve McClatchy. “Leading Relationships”  will focus on the importance of effective communication. This includes setting expectations, giving and receiving feedback, gaining commitment, and getting others to follow your lead. Applicable for all levels within a landscape contracting business, this is not to be missed!  We’re excited to have Steve join us and we’re certain that you’ll enjoy his dynamic, high-energy presentation style.

The cost to attend is $400 per company, with no limit on the number of company representatives who attend.

The training will take place at Seven Springs Resort in Champion, Pa. Overnight accommodations are available at a group rate of $139 plus tax for one-bedroom condos on the resort property.
